1) Decide if band is right for you.

Read through the
FUTURE MEMBER GUIDE to determine all the GREAT opportunities available
to you by joining the Berry/Terry Middle School Bands.

2) Select BAND as your #1 elective
choice on your schedule sheet.
|
|
ONLY the students
who choose band as their top elective choice will be tested on an
instrument and considered for a position in the 2009-2010 Berry/Terry
Band.
|
|
3) You and a parent/guardian must attend
the BAND-FAIR where you will get to see each instrument demonstrated,
be able to meet with directors about instrument choices that are right
for you, and even try your favorite instruments (other than
percussion* - read below).

* Any student
interested in percussion will be REQUIRED to attend a
MANDATORY
testing session.
Students who do not attend
this session will NOT be considered for percussion. Space is
limited to 20-25 students for each session. Please email ASAP to
reserve your spot.
